  1. Scope of Use

Members are responsible for their own health, diet research and decisions; therefore please consult with your physician or healthcare practitioner before dieting or making any personal health decisions.
  2. Eligible Users is available only to individuals eighteen years of age and older, and to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria and you agree to having the ability under applicable law to enter into a legally binding contract. is available only to Melaleuca Preferred Customers. You must remain a Preferred Customer throughout the use of or the service will be terminated.
  3. Individual Use
    You are only authorized to use this Site for your own individual use, and may not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute any material on for any purpose other than for your own individual use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Melaleuca. You agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to to any third party.
  4. Language and System Requirements
    At the present time, this site is available only in English. Please review our minimal system requirements:
    • Operating Systems - Windows 98 / 2003 / XP or Mac.
    • Browsers: Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher / Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or higher / Safari.
    • Flash 7 or higher for the Chat.
  5. Period of Membership
    The Initial Enrollment Period is 3 months. At the end of the Initial Enrollment Period, your membership is automatically renewed for a month at a time until you cancel the account.
  6. Payment
    You agree to enroll for the Initial Enrollment Period. Once you have accepted the terms, your enrollment will be processed and you will be charged US$108.00. This charge includes 3 months access to the site at US$6.00 as well as a refundable charge of US. During the first 90 days you can earn back up to 100% of this refundable charge. You will earn US$1.00 per day by logging into the website and logging your meals. Meals must be logged on the day they apply to count towards the refund. Once a day has ended, although you may go back and log the meals, this will not count towards your refund. Your refund will not exceed US$90.00. This refund will be paid via check after the completion of the 90 day period.

    At the end of the Initial Enrollment Period, your membership is automatically renewed for a month at a time at US$6.00 until you cancel the account. Renewal will continue until you cancel your account. Members are financially responsible for all associated renewal fees.
  7. Product Points and Commissions
    Six Product Points will be credited to your account for each month you are enrolled in and pay the membership fee. During the Initial Enrollment Period your Preferred Customer account will be credited with an additional Product Point for each day that you do not log your meals, as explained in section 6, during the 90 day Initial Enrollment Period. These additional Product Points will be assigned at the completion of the 90 day Initial Enrollment Period.

    Product Points earned on do not count towards your monthly Product Point commitment and do not fall under the 150 Product Point cap.

    Marketing Executives will only receive commissions on subscribers in their organizations who enrolled in in the same month or any month after the Marketing Executive enrolled in To receive these commissions, Marketing Executives must also be paid subscribers to on the last day of the month for which commissions are being paid out.
  8. Cancellation
    You can cancel your membership at anytime. To cancel your account:
    • Log into
    • Go to "My Account", Billing & Membership
    • Click on "CANCEL SERVICE"

    Be sure to cancel your account before the end of your current billing period to avoid further billings - cancellations do not apply retroactively.

    If you need assistance canceling your account, please call 1 800 742 2444 at least 5 business days before the end of your Current Billing Period. While we can assist you, you are ultimately responsible for the maintenance of your account and for updating its status.
  9. General Terms and Conditions
    You agree to:
    • Maintain the security of your member name, password and other confidential information relating to your account;
    • Be responsible for the status of your account, including the cancellation of your account before your next billing period;
    • Be responsible for all charges made by you to for the use of your account, including unauthorized use prior to your notifying of such unauthorized use, and taking steps to prevent its further occurrence by changing your password. Dispute any charges within 60 days by contacting at 1 800 742 2444 ;
    • Update your personal information, including email address. Members must provide a valid email address.
  10. Community
    • You agree not to post any copyrighted material to the community.
    • You agree that you will not upload or transmit any Content to community that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party. By submitting Content to any chat room, you automatically grant -- or warrant that the owner of such Content has expressly granted -- the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any Rights that may exist in such Content.
